Leave room for the journey

How to plan a considered wedding transportation itinerary in Ottawa and Gatineau.

Write down the day in order: preparation address, ceremony, photograph locations, reception and any late-night collection. Include a contact at each venue and instructions about the entrance the chauffeur should use.

Work backwards from the ceremony time with your coordinator. Allow for getting everyone ready, loading personal items and moving between stops. A route estimate is useful for planning, but it does not guarantee the timing of a wedding day.

Photography time is included within the published four-hour wedding service window. Discuss the number of locations with your photographer and share the plan with the operator so the requested duration can be reviewed.

For the return after the reception, specify the collection address, desired time and destination. A late-night return is a separately priced package option and must be confirmed. If your plans change, request an update before assuming the revised itinerary is accepted.

Is my vehicle reserved when I send a request?

Your request starts a conversation with our concierge. We review your itinerary, confirm availability and prepare a written quotation. A reservation is confirmed only after operator approval and the applicable booking conditions are satisfied.

What is included?

Published wedding packages include a professional chauffeur, pickup and drop-off, and time for photography within the agreed service duration. Your written quotation sets out the exact itinerary and inclusions.

Can I arrange a late-night return?

Yes. Classic and modern wedding packages include a separately priced return option. Tell us the collection time and location so we can confirm scheduling.
